Masjid Sunnah
MADE were approached by a group of enthusiastic and forward looking individuals to build a facility for their community.
This was to include a large mosque catering for thousands of worshippers and secondary and primary schools.
In Detail
MADE embraced a minimalist modern concept for the entire development including the mosque, but incorporated the traditional spaces that are needed for the faithful.
The traditional use of a courtyard was also incorporated for large congregations but avoiding the cost of a full building enclosure. Ingeniously stretched fabrics would provide cover to the courtyard.
