MADE Architecture begun designing Caldecote Hall estate after providing us with an opportunity to revitalise and regenerate the site with a clear potential to upgrade the facilities, providing a mix of both office and residential units.
In Detail
Following consultations with North Warwickshire Borough Council Planning Office a mixed proposal to keep and upgrade the best of the existing building, remove the lesser quality buildings and Build new buildings and extensions that enhance the grouping and community setting.
The layout for the scheme is primarily determined by the sites constraints and existing buildings. Two different layouts are used to address the different building typologies within the scheme.
