MADE were appointed to design a dual purpose building in a rapidly developing new town in Pakistan.
The site was cut into a mountain with a commercial road to the top and a more residential street to the lower part. The difference in levels being around 6m.
The brief was to provide a tall commercial building to the upper part of the site and a more humble residential development to the lower half of the site.
The development will become part of a strict urban fabric and would form the basis of future developments in the vicinity.
